Your first visit here at Elite Smiles will typically consist of a complete assessment of your teeth, jaws, gums and facial muscles. So, you can expect to get numerous pictures taken on your first visit. At times, in order to be able to make a better diagnosis we require x-rays to be taken. That can be done right here! The result is obtained immediately so there is no wait time! Based on the findings obtained a review of your treatment options is done and presented to you in the form of a treatment plan. If you accept treatment, we will set an appointment for us to start. We’ll make sure to accommodate your schedule. Occasionally, we will be able to fit you in and so we would be able to begin treatment immediately. In order to avoid worsening of the problem(s) found, it is recommended to complete dental treatments in the shortest time possible. However, in cases of having an extensive treatment plan, it is impossible to complete all required treatments in one dental visit, therefore subsequent dental appointments will be set. To help your visit go as smoothly as possible, please come prepared with the following information:
- A list of any or all medication that you’re presently prescribed and taking
- Your dental insurance information
- Patient forms filled out.
- Informed Consent forms filled out and signed.
Having this prepared and ready for your appointment will save you time and allow us to make your first visit the very best experience.
