A photo ID, your current health insurance card if you plan to use one, a list of any medications you take, and previous dental records or X-rays if you have them. Arriving about fifteen minutes early gives us time for your paperwork.
We discuss your goals and health history, then assess your teeth, gums, bite, jaw, and facial muscles. Digital photographs and full-mouth X-rays may be taken when clinically appropriate; X-rays are available on site and can be reviewed with you during the visit.

Budget to pay at the visit (cash or card): overseas dental insurance can't be swiped in Jamaica, though travel insurance often reimburses emergency dental care if you keep your itemized receipt.
